Delivery Information

Damage or Lost items
In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@noirs-fashionhouse.com within 48 hours for assistance. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes.
Address Verification
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We aim to provide the best service possible, but we cannot be responsible for non-delivery caused by address errors. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will happily refund the original order amount (excluding shipping costs) and invite you to place your order again. Thank you for your understanding!
Change of Address
Once the delivery is on its way, we are unable to change the address. Please email us at info@noirs-fashionhouse.com within 3-4 hours of making your order if you need to change the delivery address.
Cancellation
We cannot accept order cancellations after delivery. Please notify us within 3-4 hours after making your purchase if you desire to cancel.
