At Noirs FashionHouse, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to initiate a return, kindly review our return and refund policy outlined below. Thank you for choosing to shop with us.
Return Time Frame
Noirs Fashionhouse allows returns within 30 days of the order's delivery date. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item to be eligible.
Return Conditions
Items must fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for a return:
- Brand new and unused.
- Include the original labels.
- The goods should be returned in their original packaging.
- Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for items with signs of wear, damage, or missing parts that are not the result of our fault.
- We won't accept returns that are made more than 30 days following delivery.
Instruction of Returns
- Please send an email to info@noirs-fashionhouse.com to start the return process. A return form together with directions on where and how to ship the package will be sent to you.
- We won't accept items returned to us without a previous return request.
How can customers return your products?
- Customers can only return items via mail.
Damage or Lost items
- If an item is received damaged, defective, or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@noirs-fashionhouse.com within 48 hours for assistance. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes.
How can customers obtain the label for returns?
- Please get in touch with us so that we may email you the return form for returns (including the right of withdrawal). The label only has to be downloaded and printed.
- For defective products: Please get in touch with us so that we may email you the label for any damaged items. The label only has to be downloaded and printed.
Restocking Fee:

Return shipment cost
- For faulty items, we will reimburse return expenses.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not covered under our policy, the customer will be responsible for the real return expenses if you return for any other reason, such as cancellation.
Exchange
- We facilitate exchanges exclusively for products that are damaged, incorrect, or defective. To begin the exchange process, please reach out to us at info@noirs-fashionhouse.com.
- For expedited service, we recommend returning the item before purchasing a new one. Once the return has been approved, you may proceed with the separate purchase of the replacement item. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Policy
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will let you know if the refund has been authorized. Within 7 business days, you will automatically be refunded using the original payment method.
We are unable to reimburse delivery costs. Please be aware that processing and sending the refund from your bank or credit card company may take some time.
